One of my favorite meals is tacos! The whole family loves them, they are pretty easy and inexpensive to make, and the leftovers are awesome the next day.
I am pretty picky about my tortilla shells. I HATE when they split and all your toppings fall out. Then you're left to eat everything with a fork! If I wanted to use a fork to eat my tacos, I would have made taco salad...stupid shells!
A brand we have come to love is Mission. Mission Flour Tortillas contain 0 grams of Trans fat per serving, and are cholesterol free. Another cool things is that Mission Flour Tortillas are available in three sizes, a small 6", a medium 8", and a large 10". They are budget-friendly and a great pantry staple. I always try to keep some on hand.
My daughter starts school on the 7th. While it's only HeadStart and it's only for a few hours a day, planning lunch when I have to pick her up at 11:45 is tough! Thank goodness for Missions versatility.
Mission – Back To School meals using their flour tortillas are a great lunch option for our family. When I was a kid, I can remember my grandma spreading peanut butter and jelly on a tortilla for lunch. With Mission, I am able to do the same for my children. Haylee loves her new PB&J "sandwich" without the bread.
The versatility of Mission Flour Tortillas is a big factor in my purchasing of them. Not only are they great to use as Taco shells for dinner, but they make amazing breakfast burrito shells and great wraps for lunch.
I like these too! We are tortilla nuts, roll ups, PB & J, tuna,,,
