Furthering my education

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Ashworth College. All opinions are 100% mine.

Obtaining an Online degree is something that I have always been interested in. I made quite a few bad choices when it came to college after high school and have always regretted it. Since having my children, I find myself unhappy with things. Not unhappy with my life, or my children, but unhappy that it's the same thing day in and day out. I don't feel that I apply my brain or skills at all. Parenting, most of the time, is pretty "brainless". Easy days go by without me even thinking of what happens next. It's the same things, get up, feed the kids breakfast, clean up the breakfast mess, set them down to play, feed them lunch, clean up the lunch mess, set them down to play, feed them dinner, clean up the dinner mess....do you see a pattern? lol

I feel that my identity has been lost as well. I'm no longer Leslie...I have become Haylee and Zak's mom. I think going back and furthering my education would help me regain my own identity.

While I love being a stay at home mom, I have always said once my kids enter school, I want to go back to work. I think this would be another great reason to go back to school now while they are young. I don't want to be stuck in a job that I hate, I'd love to get my degree and get a job I love.

I think getting a degree online through a college like Ashworth would be very ideal for our family. I would be able to study and "attend" classes when I like during the day...i.e. nap time, bed time, etc. I have read that their tuition is 50% less than the average accredited online school.

When I did attend classed at our local university, most of my money was spent on books and materials for class. Ashworth includes all of those fees in your tuition so it's one payment. Their monthly payments are literally about the prices of a couple of pizza deliveries a month. That is awesome for my family since Jon is our only source of income.

I think I am going to look more into Ashworth and their 100+ nationally accredited diplomas.
